You will stay in the exceptional estate of the Château des Loups, in absolute calm, located on either side of the Sèvre-Niortaise 10 mins from the Niort TGV station, the Chauray shopping area and the mutuals. We will welcome you to the old house of the caretaker of Domaine du Château des Loups. This charming independent house has retained the charm of the old and combine all the comforts of the modern. The 100 m² house refurbished in 2017 . The space Box, WiFi access and flat screen TV. On the ground floor: living/dining room with exposed beams and fireplace, equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, induction cooktop and oven, range hood, microwave, dishwasher), back kitchen (washer-dryer), toilet. Upstairs: 2 large bedrooms with a bed of 160 x 200 (duvet + 2 pillows per person) , each with its en-suite bathroom, walk-in shower, vanity, furniture, towel dryer and wall-mounted hair dryer. One of the bedrooms can be configured as a twin two 80 x 200 beds. Separate toilets. Outside: Garden furniture & BBQ. Guest access Walks, fishing, boat ride, boat ride, swimming in the river within the estate.
